RETURN POLICY

Thank you for shopping at Misaka Studio. We hope you love your purchase, but if you are not entirely satisfied, we are happy to offer you a return or exchange.

ELIGIBILITY

You may return or exchange items within 30 calendar days of purchase. The items should be in their original condition, with all tags attached and unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.

Any product that has been damaged, comes without tags, or is returned in any condition other than the original condition will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

EXCHANGES

If you would like to make an exchange, please contact us at [Your Email] with your order number and indicate which item(s) you would like to exchange. We will be glad to assist you in processing the exchange.

REFUNDS

Once your item is received and has been inspected by our team, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund via email. If your return is approved, a credit for the purchase amount will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

In case of any discrepancy in the refund amount, we will contact you to resolve the issue. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect on your account.

RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return, please email our support team at hello@misakastudio.com with your order number along with the items you would like to return. We will then provide you with a return label that you can attach to the package and send back to us.

We recommend using a reliable carrier method to return the item. If the item is lost or damaged during the return transit, we will not be able to provide a refund, so please ensure that the package is appropriately handled and shipped.
